ZERO HOUR ACADEMY EXISTS TO TRAIN AND EQUIP 18-24 YEAR OLDS IN MINISTRY AS LOCAL MISSIONARIES AND CATALYSTS IN THE PLACES THEY LIVE, LEARN, WORK, OR PLAY.

  • WORSHIP

    Get equipped and trained in rhythms of worship at the personal level, micro level, and large community environments. Learn to lead in a new way!

  • MEDIA

    Learn to utilize skills in the digital media realm of photo, video, social, graphic design, podcasting, and more to find, recruit, and train workers to be in the harvest to multiply disciples.

  • CATALYST

    Learn to teach and train individuals in the places they live, learn, work, and play on how to make disciples to see multiplication and movement.

WHAT IS THE ZERO HOUR ACADEMY?

ZERO HOUR ACADEMY IS FOR 18-24 YEAR OLDS WHO WANT TO BECOME LOCAL MISSIONARIES AND CATALYSTS. THIS IS ZERO HOUR’S TRAINING AND EQUIPPING SCHOOL FOR NEXT GEN LEADERS. OVER THE COURSE OF 6-8 MONTHS WE WILL GATHER, IDENTIFY YOUR GIFTS, MENTOR YOU, DISCIPLE YOU, AND TRAIN YOU TO EQUIP STUDENTS TO REACH THEIR SCHOOLS THROUGH DISCIPLE MAKING. DURING YOUR ACADEMY YOU WILL BE INTEGRATED-INTO THE LIFESTYLE OF A MISSIONARY WITHIN COMMUNITY WITH OTHERS JUST LIKE YOURSELF!

HOW DOES THE ACADEMY WORK?

6-8 MONTHS OF DAILY TRAINING AND EQUIPPING WHILE LIVING IN A COMMUNITY OF OTHERS JUST LIKE YOU! YOU WILL HAVE DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY RHYTHMS OF TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION WITHIN YOUR FIELD OF FOCUS. EACH WEEK WILL CONSIST OF TRAINING SESSIONS, WORSHIP, PRAYER, AND PROJECT HOURS. OUR EXPECTATION IS THAT DURING THIS EXPERIENCE YOU WILL SET ASIDE ANY EXTRA-CURRICULAR TRIPS AND ENGAGE WHOLEHEARTEDLY WITH THE ZERO HOUR COMMUNITY HERE IN KANSAS CITY FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE.
