We understand that in signing your child up for a camp, you are placing a great deal of trust in Zero Hour Ministries and our staff. We aim to provide a positive and encouraging experience for every camper. In order to meet this goal, we have high standards for the staff and volunteers who make the camp possible including mandated background checks for everyone over the age of 18 years old and reference checks.
-
We require 1 adult for every 12 students. There are a couple of reasons for this: It’s part of our agreement with each venue. And even more importantly, we believe the 12:1 ratio allows your group to break up into small groups, facilitate the elements and connect with your students on a much deeper level!

Several weeks prior to your camper’s session, we will send you an email with this information. We encourage you to print or save the documents we send over as a helpful guide before your camper goes to camp.
