Commission Night
WE ARE GATHERING TO AWAKEN OUR CITY TO PRAY FOR THEIR SCHOOLS!
Commission Night exists to unify and mobilize The Church into their missional calling to gather and scatter to pray over every school surrounding Kansas City.
What: A night of gathering The Church of Kansas City for Worship, Commissioning, and Prayer Walking every school in and around KC.
When: August 3rd 2024 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Where: Starting location Westside Family Church 8500 Woodsonia Dr, Lenexa, KS 66227. Sending out from there to respective schools in and around KC.
Who: You, Students, Volunteers, and anyone else who has a passion for the next generation to be awakened to their calling and see our schools changed with the power of The Gospel!

Join us for a one day event for High School Juniors and up where we will discover your Gifts, Passions, and Story to uncover your purpose and calling.
Disciple Making Training
WE ARE GATHERING TO UNIFY AND DEPLOY STUDENT BELIEVERS AND DISCIPLES TO RALLY AROUND JESUS AND HIS MISSION TO GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES!
What: The training’s sole purpose is to deploy students to be disciple makers and launch a team of disciple makers in their schools called Zero Hour Teams.
Our Training: Extraordinary Prayer, Relational Evangelism, Discovery Bible Studies, Multiplication, and more!
Who: Students who long to see their high schools reached with The Gospel of Jesus. Youth Pastors looking to integrate our training into their student leadership teams and youth group.

Disciple Making Trip (Kenya)
Learning: We are going to Kenya to first and foremost be learners. We are there to listen and learn as these are some of the best leaders helping usher a movement exploding with The Gospel. In order to these we will be sitting under them to listen during catalyst camp or during our time down south in Naroq.
Servanthood: We will have a time where we will get to serve these leaders through helping pull of Catalyst Camp where leaders and disciple makers from all around the world will gather for four days at the Lifeway Mission Center for learning and strategic brainstorming. We will help prepare, clean, serve/cook food, and do anything else requested of us.
Catching Vision: God is moving in some amazing ways in and around Kenya and we want to see how this is working in order to observe and then contextualize back to schools all around Kansas City to see a movement break out in our city and in our time. We do this by being inspired and ignited by what God is already doing on the ground in Kenya.
Self Discovery: Every morning will start in a time of silence and solitude in devotionals, meditation, and working through our Disciple Making Training packets to prepare you for how God has uniquely called you. Learning to rely on God directly to speak to you is a vital skill in what it means to be a Disciple who makes Disciples.
Group Processing & Worship: Every evening we will always take time to decompress and talk through how to contextualize back into schools in Kansas City. We will spend time in worship and short teaching as well but, primarily in group processing and downloading.

The Disciple Making Huddle is an on the ground training experience done in person or on zoom (we will come to you and your school). The training is once a week for seven weeks with pre-work and implementation weekly. These trainings are done best within a group so, invite your friends to join us on this journey to change our schools with the beauty, justice, and good news of Jesus!
